Healthy, Anti-inflammatory, Quick and Easy Salad Dressing

Anti inflammatory salad dressing

Love salads and eat them every day for the obvious reasons(the many health benefits) as well as the need to have extra sustainable energy during the day. Salads give me that boost needed to get through long work days. I'll add lean protein such as organic chicken, turkey or fish and when I'm eating strictly plant based, I'll replace the animal protein with beans such as garbanzo, pinto or black.

It's best to stay away from any bottled salad dressings for the fact most have too much sugar, preservatives and other ingredients that are not natural and can wreak havoc on your digestive system.

Anyway, my go-to salad dressing varies a little bit on the daily, my staples ingredients are listed below.

This dressing is super easy and fast to mix together and has numerous health benefits. Give a it a try!

Mix together:

Organic apple cider vinegar
Organic extra virgin olive oil
Braggs liquid aminos or coconut aminos
Turmeric
Himalayan salt
Cayenne pepper

If you have a favorite salad dressing you'd like to share, please post it in the comments section!

Much love,

Aster
